Class Terms And Conditions

Entrance Fee

The student is required to pay the swimming pool entrance fee and it is not included in the monthly fee

Parents

Parents are allowed to accompany the student to the pool but are not allowed to interfere with the training.

Attendances

No make-up swimming lessons will be entertained for students who did not turn up for any classes with or without reason.

Makeup Lesson

Our school does not provide any makeup lessons. Any makeup lesson is fully dependent on the instructor himself/herself. Our school reserve the right to any makeup lessons.

Cancellation And Withdrawal

Any withdrawal is to be informed to our swim school or the instructor before the 16th of each month. A full monthly fee will be liable for any notice made after the 15th of the month.

Safety

For the safety of both our student and instructor, we reserve the right to cancel or stop any lesson due to bad weather or any unsafe practice or the environment according to any of the instructors, swimming complexes management or other official guideline or officer.

Payment

All school fees are to be paid during the first week of every month. The student who misses or did not attend the 4 sessions without any valid reason is still liable to pay the full monthly fee and will also be removed from the class.

Swimsafer Test

Students are required to register and pay for their test fee which is conducted by an external Swimsafer tester and is not included in our monthly fees.

Attire And Accessories

The student is required to wear proper swimming attire and accessories like goggles, a kicking board and a swimming cap. Our school does not provide the necessary attire and equipment during swimming lessons.

Class Schedule

All classes will start on the 1st week of the month. In the event, if they’re the fifth week it will be considered as a break unless specified by the instructor.

Class capacity

Our swim school reserve the right to delay any new class if the class does not meet the minimum capacity. We will also have the right to conduct any lessons with a mix of similar levels of the student if there is not enough minimum student capacity.

Instructors

All our swimming instructors are appointed and chosen by our swim school and we reserve the right to change any instructor. In the event, that any instructor is unavailable during their class we will provide a relief instructor to conduct the class.

Public Holidays

There will be no lessons conducted during the public holiday unless advised by our instructor. Chinese New Year’s Eve and the first 7 days of the Chinese New Year will also be considered public holidays by our swim school.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be granted at the sole discretion of Swim101. No after 7 days from the first lesson. Please any payment made by you, you’ve agreed to the terms of the Refund Policy. No refund of any lessons due to any cancellation of lessons either by the instructor or student. Any unforeseen circumstances within the control of the swim school and bad weather are also non-refundable.

Responsibility

We or the Swim101 will not be held responsible for any claims arising from any sort of injury, damage or loss of life while attending our lessons or classes and this includes all costs and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.

Swim101 reserves the right to alter terms and conditions without prior notice.
